Indian Companies Chamber of Commerce letter(Original)is must along with documents.
Income Tax paper of last year and Bank statement of last three months (for both pax and company).
The Bank statement must have the name of the Bank Officer issuing the bank statement, with complete contact details of bank including the phone number. As embassy would call the bank to verify this account.
Passenger are required to write an authorisation letter addressing visa officer and authorising Mr. Arjun Singh of M/S Jetsave India Tours Pvt Ltd to submit and collect the passport on bahalf of passenger.
NOTE: Jetsave can apply visa on behalf of passenger, but passenger to provide complete contact details including landline numbers and mobile numbers as after submissions of documents the Embassy will call the person for interview on these telephone numbers.
